做法：
1、金针菇去根洗净，汆烫后摆整齐撒上盐、黑胡椒备用；
2、芹菜杆儿适量烫熟，可以分成若干细丝（不要太细哦）；
3、将火腿切片，卷上金针菇后用2（“芹菜线”）打结固定；
4、锅里抹上少许油，将做好的金针卷稍煎即可。
味觉体验：金针菇的细滑和肉香融合，香而不腻，重要是黒椒味带来点异国风情呢
