  决策风格个性差异(pers。nal differen。ein styles of poliey一making)领导者的任何决策行为都是针对决策的情势、各种可能性和各种利害关系,并依据决策者本人的经验、知识、能力、性格和气质而作出的,这些内容的交织和汇总,就形成了领一导者的决策风格。由于领导者所处情境不同,主要的还是由于领导者个性品质的不同,从而在决策中表现出各自不同的独特风格,构成了领导者决策风格的个性差异。领导者决策风格千差万别,从不同的角度,可有不同的分类方法。若从决策者的动力特点可分为均衡型决策、冲动型决策、怠惰型决策;若从决策者对待风险的态度来划分,又可分为进取型决策、保守型决策和平稳型决策。一个高明的领导者还要注意不能固守一种决策风格不放,应善于根据不同的决策情境、不同的决策对象,不断调整自身的心理素质和其他品格,达到新的组合,以充分发挥出多变的决策风格,适应客观实际对决策的需要。 (!志凯撰王树茂审)
