服装购买决策(deeision一making of ero-thing purchase)与服装购买有关的消费者决策过程。决策内容包括是否购买、购买何种服装以及何时何地购买。决策过程可以分成决策前输入、决策加工和决策后输出三个基本阶段。决策前输入包括销售输入和社会文化输入,前者包括服装特征、大众媒介信息、销售渠道;后者包括来自家庭、社会阶层、非正式人际交流、服装文化的有关信息。在决策加工阶段,消费者在知觉、动机、学习、态度、个性、过去经验等因素作用下对外界输入进行加工,通过需要认知、购买前调查和对备选方案进行评价王个步骤作出决定。在决策后输出阶段,如果个体决定购买,这一阶段就包括实施购买和购买后评价;如果个体决定不购买,决策过程将作为“决策练习”而进入个体经验范畴。消费者在服装决策过程中以满足需要为目的主动地寻找服装信息,并对信息进行加工、评价,进而作出满意的选择。 (秦建健撰杨治良审)
