The Administrators Training Center of National Sport General Administration believes that the key to success in the national team coaches training abroad are details and innovation which is running by management.

Considering that many of young excellent skaters well up in Korean national team of short track speed skating every year,with the documentary research method,the article analyzed the new operational means and the new choice regulation for Korean national team member and the new members characteristic.

With the combination of the documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, statistic analys- is, this paper conducted a profound investigation and systematic analysis on the current situation of coach team of advanced table tennis teams in higher education in China, and proposed several suggestions for the solution to the existing problems.

Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of high-level basketball coach teams in Chinese colleges and universities as well as China s conditions, this article advanced some countermeasures such as selection in managing the high-level basketball coach teams.
