补充资料：新课标
新课标即教育部规定的新课程标准，是国内唯一的课程标准。
新课标的推行是国家“十五”计划的重点项目。根据国家教育科学“十五”规划，普通中、小学自2004年起开始执行“新课程标准”，新生小学一年级、初一、高一统一使用全国统编新课程标准教材，改变传统的教育教学方法和教学模式及教材和起点参差不齐的教育现状。中、小学英语逐步推行等级制，由全国外语学习研究会统一命题和组织考试。2007年中考和高考开始执行新课程标准。
