材料：鸡翅，烧烤汁适量，番茄酱适量，蜂蜜适量。
做法：
1，洗净鸡翅，过开水。
2，用烧烤汁浸渍半个小时。烧烤汁的用量以没过鸡翅为准。
3，将鸡翅置于烧烤架上，入微波炉，高火80度,6分钟。
4，将适量蜂蜜和番茄酱调和，均匀涂抹在鸡翅上。
5，再入微波炉，高火4分钟即熟。
