制备方法:将4-苯硫基-2-氨基硝基苯与甲氧基乙酰氯反应,得4-苯硫基-2-(α-2甲氧基乙酰氨基)硝基苯。然后用雷尼镍氢化还原,再与1,3-双(甲氧基脲基)-S-甲硫基异硫脲缩合即得。

用途:该品为新的广谱高效驱虫药。对狗、羊、猪、牛、马等动物的各种线虫成虫和幼虫均有高度活性,口服单剂5-10mg/kg,减虫率达98%。苯硫胍易被肠道吸收,作用迅速,体内代谢快,在组织中残留极少,因此不影响肉,乳品质量。此外,该品还有提高饲料转化率和增加体重的作用。
