As regards the natural,economic,social and cultural problems induced by Three Gorges immigrants in coastal resettlement areas,combined with the characteristics of the resettlement area in Zhejiang Province,immigrants housing and infrastructures as well as their adaptability to the geographical and social environments are analyzed.
针对三峡移民迁入安置区后在自然、经济、社会、文化等方面存在的问题,结合浙江安置区的特点,分析移民的住房和基础设施建设情况以及对地理环境、资源环境、人工环境、人际关系和社会文化的适应性,利用社会学统计分析方法对三峡移民外迁浙江的整合现状进行分析,提出加强对移民的后期扶持,消除有碍社会调适的不利因素;尊重和保持移民传统生活习俗;解决移民安置和土地配置的矛盾以及关注移民的教育问题等促进社会整合的措施。

精神分裂样精神病(sehizophren主fo:功psyehosis)1939年兰菲尔德(Langfeldt)首先提出这一概念。他曾在奥斯陆进行过一项随访研究，发现精神分裂症可分为预后不良的过程性精神分裂症(proeess sehizophrenia)和预后良好的精神分裂样精神病。过程性精神分裂症类似克勒佩林(Kraepe一in，E.)提出的早发性痴呆(dementia praecox)，病人表现情感淡漠，缺乏主动性，具有原发性妄想。而精神分裂样精神病常有明显诱因，伴有意识模糊和情感症状。后来发现这种区分并不能准确地预断精神分裂症的预后。目前这一术语具有完全不同的含义。美国《精神疾病诊断和统计手册》(第三版)和我国精神疾病分类(1984)规定，“精神分裂样精神病，，分别用于病期不足6个月和3个月的精神分裂症。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
