  创造人格(ereative persona一ity)有利于创造活动成功和促进创造成果诞生的个性心理素质。它是创造力旺盛的人所具有的与一般人所不同的人格因素,是影响创造力发展的非智能心理因素。创造人格的主要内容包括:既有广泛的探究兴趣又有中心兴趣;强烈的创造动机,有强烈的好奇心和求知欲;勤奋精神:充分的自信心;顽强的毅力;革新的魄力。创造人格的基本特征有:(l)独立性,不盲目地轻附众议,能按照自己对事物的探讨和了解,去作出自己的设想和判断。(2)批判性,有科学的怀疑态度,不迷信权威,善于发现现状中不合理、不完善和逐渐失去存在价值的东西。(3)灵活性,勇于冒险,精于变通。(4)幽默感,不为他人的诽谤和敌视而悲观丧气,不为暂时的失败而心灰意冷、不为已获得的成功而得意忘形。 (张明撰租烟吴万森审)
