人才链
chain of talented persons
人才链(ehain of talented persons)指家族间、师徒间、师生间人才辈出的社会现象。亦称“人才成团现象”，如建安七子、扬州八怪、哥本哈根学派等。人才成团现象主要表现为以下几种类型:(l)家族型，即同一类型才能在有血缘关系的几代人身上连续表现出来。如我国南北朝时期祖朔之，祖冲之13代都是数学家。(2)师徒型，即名师出高徒。卡文迪许实验室的教授汤姆生和卢瑟福，一共培养了17位属于各种国籍的获奖人。(3)学派型，指人才成团现象在一个科学学派或文学、艺术流派中的表现。如生物学中的摩根学派，京剧艺术中的梅派剧团等。(4)传统型，指某一国家、地区、单位在学术、艺术、技能等方面的优良传统，促使人才成团成长。如英国历史上有50名诺贝尔奖获得者分别毕业于牛津、剑桥大学。我国1959年宣布的中国科学院学部委员中，有56人是清华大学早期毕业生。人才成团现象启示人们，应当重视家庭教育，造就名师，形成好的学派，重视传统的积极影响。 (租翻撰灵万森审)
