This paper gives a review of the three main features of the developments of China offshore oil industry, as well as the success and benefits achieved by CNOOC during its first development stage, and summaries the four reasons led to rapid and efficient developments of Chinese offshore oil industry.
回顾了我国海洋石油工业发展的三个主要特点,全面实现总公司攀登第一个发展台阶所取得的成绩和效益;总结了我国海洋石油工业高速高效发展的四个原因;在分析海洋石油工业发展与国产化关系的基础上,提出总公司攀登第二个发展台阶、实现“三个1000万 t”的跨世纪新目标的根本措施,就是要以“三新”“三化”为突破口,把国产化作为海洋石油工业高速高效发展的一个重要支柱;要做到设备国产化,需要解决好四个方面的问题。
