A brief introduction on the history of exploration of the structure of the matter,as well as a brief summary on the development of the hadron physics,are provided,with a special emphasis on the progress of searching for the pentaquark state,which drew hot attention in 2003,in the aspects of both experimental and theoretic studies.

Using a quantum hadrodynamics model, we calculate the effective masses of hadrons in nuclear matter in relativistic Hartree approximation.

We obtain an elecrtomagnetic mass-separation formula of baryons,various formulae of hadrons and mass relations of leptons-hadrons.

Based on the available drilling data in the development blocks of CBM reservoirs in the southern Qinshui Basin and under the guidance of rock mechanics,it is proposed to use rock matrix strength factor,a major factor controlling coal rock mass deformation,for predicting high permeability zones.
