Part of nucleotide sequence of fish mitochondria DNA(mtDNA) control region from dragon-eye goldfishes and oval goldfishes were examined by sequencing about 724 bp length of homological fragments in the D-loop from the four goldfish species,including red dragon eye goldfish(724 bp),black dragon eye goldfish(724 bp),tiger head goldfish(720 bp) and water vessel goldfish(722 bp) respectively.
测序结果显示,龙种金鱼红龙睛、墨龙睛的线粒体DNA控制区的序列完全相同,同源性为100%;蛋种金鱼虎头、水泡眼的序列相差4个碱基,同源性为99。
