材料:银雪鱼头,豆腐,娃娃菜,葱姜蒜,香菜
做法:
-鱼头剁成大块,表面铺上生粉,炸至金黄,待用
-葱白,蒜片,姜片放入油锅爆香,放入豆酱,生抽,料酒,拌匀调味料,放入炸好的鱼块翻炒
-炒好的鱼块放入砂锅,加豆腐块,放入过鱼块1/2的清水,加盖小火焖10分钟
-加切成段的娃娃菜,焖5分钟
-起锅前加香菜,熄火焖3分钟
