其实,"大水"的得名与洪水有关,主管洪水的"大水"星神是辰星或营室,而辰星和营室所对应的神主都是水帝颛顼,所以楚简所祀的"大水"就是颛顼,"大水"是《离骚》的"高阳"而不是《九歌》的"河伯"。

补充资料：帝喾陵
帝喾是黄帝的曾孙，阏伯的父亲。是五帝之一。
帝喾祠修建于汉。在元明又经多次修复。其殿宇雄伟壮观，松柏苍郁，碑碣林立。庙堂内中央有一口古井。梁上绘有彩龙，彩龙映入井中，栩栩如生。相传大旱之年求雨多有灵验，所以被人们誉为“灵井”。
相传赵匡胤不得志时，去北方投奔郭威，路过帝喾陵，抽签问卜，当有天子命。后来他果然在商丘当了归德节度使而发迹。赵匡胤登基后，因商丘是西周时的宋国，又是后来的宋州，而定国号为“宋”。
