移动动作训练
康复方法之一。以病人的移动活动达到康复为目的的一种康复性训练。有立位移动、扶持行走、独立行走、平行杠内行走、扶杖架拐行走、上下楼梯、轮椅等。身体病残的人在移动时，往往需要依赖工具（诸如手杖、拐杖、轮椅等）的帮助。必要时还需装配一些矫形工具以及靠他人扶持方可进行。移动动作训练要争取早日进行，当病情稳定，基本上能掌握站立。坐起动作时即可开始。训练步骤要因病而异，例如脑瘫患儿与成年人即有所不同，因为前者出生后从来没有步行经验，因此移动训练时，需经过一段时间的爬行，再转为架拐行走的训练。
