以取代苯甲醛为原料,采用醇醛缩合反应和珀金反应完成了反,反-2,4-二甲基-5-(对硝基苯基)-戊-2,4-二烯酸(3a)和反,反-2,4-二甲基-5-(间硝基苯基)-戊-2,4-二烯酸(3b)的有效全合成,并确定了最佳反应条件。
