This paper is to introduce TEC Approach in higher mathematics in developing student characters,cooperation and harmonious relations between teachers and students.

In this paper,we have built TEC teaching method on the basic contradictions of the mathmematics education,and found its theoretic source,thus laying the solid foundation for its further development.

According to the characteristics and purposes of the course of architectural engineering quota and budget,the author discusses its teaching methods from doing well preparation,adopting proper teaching mode,and teaching methods in the links as tutorship,question-answering and homework correction,and discusses the learning method of students,in order to achieve well teaching effect.

Aiming at a few problems existing in the building construction course teaching,from some aspects such as teaching resource,teaching way and teaching practical application,this paper carries out exploration.

Through the teaching reform of these years,the content of course is proved to be conformed to the program,the teaching way is welcome by the students,the practical skills met the post needs and the teaching effect obtained a distinct enhancement.
