1、遵守《铸造设备通用操作规程》有关规定。
2、检查管路系统有天漏气情况和下气缸的升降情况，确定一切正常后，方可进行生产。
3、工作前，先启动通风机和运输皮带，然后再动设备。
4、夹持模组时，一定要对正上下顶杆中心，以免在震动中，模组脱落或飞出。
5、模组夹持好之后，一定要关门震动，不许开门工作。
6、用天车直吊模组时，不许碰撞伐门手柄。
7、发现手柄失灵或的手柄不能移至需要位置时，应先进行检查，不得强力扳动。
8、工作后，先停设备，再停运输皮带和通风机。
9、工作后给震动气缸与夹持气缸加20号机械油，以防气缸与活塞生诱。
