honjie re monl shlyon焊接热模拟试验(welding thermal simula-tion testing)用各种各样的特殊热处理技术，在材料上得到具有一定体积的、实际焊接显微组织近似的、可供试验用的试样的试验。为此目的，已研制成功各种成熟的焊接热模拟机(如美国研制的使用最多的Gleeble试验机)，这些模拟机通常都是用电阻加热并用水冷试样以实现模拟焊接热循环。用铂(Pt)一铂佬(Pt一13%Rh)热电偶或镍铬(Ni一Cr)一镍铝(Ni一AI)热电偶点焊到试样表面，能在热模拟机上按照任何所要求的“温度一时间”图形进行程序模拟，并且在记录仪上画出这种热循环。同时也可用膨胀计记录相变。如有必要，模拟机还可像加热与冷却一样同时对试样施加拉、压载荷。目前市场销售的热模拟机所具800~500C的冷却时间(t，，5)最低可达，35，而最高加热速度可达20OC/s以上。这些参数表明多数焊接方法可以被模拟，但低线能量的TIG和MIG焊，以及其他小线能量的焊接方法如激光和电子束焊除外。预热和再热的影响也可以用适当的计算机程序很方便的实现，采用V形缺口却贝试样，其模断面尺寸为10mm只1 omm。这一尺寸对于进行显微分析(包括电镜分析)也是适用的。但应注意到模拟试样上无论是沿轴向还是从心部到表面都存在一定的温度梯度，试样表面的温度也会因所研究的金属类型和所达到的峰值高低大约有50C的波动，在应用这一技术时应考虑这种波动。 (许祖泽)
