本文在论述以上挑战和机遇的基础上,提出了制定法学教育规范和质量标准,对法学教育实行法制化管理;改革法学教育体制,保留学士、硕士、博士学位,增加且主要采用6年本硕联读制;撤消一切法学成人教育和部门法学学历教育,将法学教育统归教育行政主管部门管理;将单科政法院校和部门院校统统并入综合性大学法学院,以保证统一的人才培养质量,理顺管理体制,实行统一的标准化管理等改革建议。
