Objective:To evaluate the long-term(5years) stability of clinical attachment level gains following the combination of Bio-Gide and Bio-oss.
目的:评价Bio-Gide与Bio-Oss联合应用治疗后牙单面骨缺损5年的远期临床效果。

Methods Using bone block of mandibular third molar region and Bio-Oss covered with Bio-Gide collagenous membrane to restore the defective alveolar bone,and performing the implantations immediately or later.
方法对于拟行上前牙种植,但骨量不足并有第三磨牙的患者,利用种植机截取合适的骨块,采用Bio-Oss和骨块移植,表面覆盖Bio-Gide胶原膜,同期或Ⅱ期植入种植体。

性质:简称AB法。一般两段活性污泥法,是强化活性污泥的吸附与生物氧化能力的两级曝气废水生物处理。其特点是将系统分为A和B两级曝气,A级和B级污泥单独回流,形成两种不同组成和不同功能的微生物种群。A级以超高污泥负荷[BOD5大于2kg/kg(MLSS)·d]运行,水力停留时间为0.5h。B级以低负荷[一般BOD5小于0.3kg/kg(MLSS)·d]运行,参数与传统活性污泥法相近。其COD总去除率可达80%以上。AB法基建与运行费用省,效果好,已用于城市废水和食品、屠宰、印染等工业废水的处理。
