劳动审美活动(aesthetie aetivity throughlabor)个体在劳动中对劳动美的感知、欣赏、评价和创造活动，是人类高级实践活动，是人类审美心理素质在劳动中的自觉体现，其实质是一种情感性的认识活动，是人类从精神上把握劳动的一种特殊方式。同人类的其他认识活动一样，它在人类的社会劳动实践中产生并随着人类对客观世界的认识、改造的不断深入而不断发展。它的直接目的是使个体在劳动中获得审美享受，得到情感的陶冶和心灵的净化。在劳动审美活动中，个体首先感知到劳动的美，在此基础上才可能对劳动美进行欣赏，产生使人愉悦的情感体验，并对劳动美进行价值评价，才可能创造劳动之美，获得创造的愉悦。劳动审美活动除能满足个体的审美需要，使个体获得审美享受外，它还能使个体的审美心理结构不断发展和完善，同时还能使个体的智力和道德品质得到发展，这是个体主观方面的效应。从客观上说，它能为社会按照美的规律创造出更多的劳动美，满足人类社会对美的需要，促进社会的发展。 (李红撰甘欣然审)
