theory of emotional dissonance
情绪不协调理论(theory of emotionaldissonanee)情绪信息加工理论之一。它形成于20世纪40一60年代，代表人物是美国心理学家扬(Y oung，P.T.)和普里布拉姆(Pribram，K.)。把情绪定义为“感情性的激烈扰乱”，认为情绪是一种神经中枢在感情上的“紊乱”反应，即一种对平衡状态的破坏。强调情绪起源于对环境事件的知觉、记忆和经验。当人们在过去经验中建立起来的内部认知模式同当前输入的信息超越稳定的基线不一致时，就导致情绪的产生，这就是情绪不协调理论的含义。例如，意外的成功引起欣喜，意外的挫折导致愤怒，但这两种截然相反的情绪都是对原有内部模式的扰乱。该理论较好地解释了某些较强烈的肯定性或否定性的情绪状态，但对那些在满足需要的背景下产生的愉快、恬静的心境却无法说明。因它符合认知心理学把脑的信息加工过程和有机体的生理生化活动结合起来解释情绪的观点，故认知心理学家比较乐于接受。 (许波撰车丈博审)
