j心uang,〕〕们ico JIliang jishu激光扫描计t技术(城r~~uring tech-ni甲e)利用激光束的扫描运动,结合光电接受器件、电子技术和计算机,测量物体几何尺寸的计量技术。是20世纪70年代中期出现的一种非接触、远距离、动态计量技术,特别适用于弹性体、柔性体、高温物体几何尺寸的精密测量。 激光扫描计量的原理是把扫描时间换算成物体尺寸。激光器发出的激光束,经反射镜照射在扫描多面体上,多面体的每一个面都是一个反射镜,每转过一面激光束扫描一次。如果多面体有N个面(一般N二12),那么同步电机每转一圈,光束扫描N次。扫描光束经过透镜后扫描被测工件,然后由物镜和光电探测器接收并转换成电信号,经放大处理后,由显示器显示出被测件的尺寸。影响激光扫描测量不确定度的因素主要有:①激光束与被测表面的垂直程度;②激光束对物体扫描速度的均匀性;③扫描时间测量准确度。激光扫描测量的范围一般为0.5~一30~。当被测范围小于5~时,不确定度不低于0.02mm;当被测范围大于5~时,不确定度高于0.05~。(刘庆纲)
