补充资料：新格拉纳达市民起义
1781～1782年新格拉纳达（今哥伦比亚）市民反对西班牙殖民统治的起义。随着西班牙帝国的渐趋没落,对美洲殖民地人民经济上的压榨更甚。西班牙国王派遣的视察官J.F.古铁雷斯·德·皮涅雷斯于1778年到新格拉纳达后，不但追索旧税，而且增收新税，提高烟酒价格，引起殖民地人民的强烈愤慨。1781年 3月，索科罗市民起义,撕毁宣布增加税收和限制烟酒贸易的布告,迅?倩竦弥芪姓蛳煊Α＜盖鹨逭咦猿?"自治市民"，在土生白人J.F.贝尔韦奥率领下进军波哥大，要求取消一切捐税和贸易垄断。6月，波哥大殖民当局被迫同起义者签订协定,同意停征新税,废除贸易垄断，让土生白人在政府中获得更多职位，并任命贝尔韦奥为索科罗郡守与审判长。但不久总督和视察官先后宣布协定无效。在J.A.加兰领导下，起义再度爆发，并得到印第安人响应。总督急忙率军镇压。1782年10月，起义失败，包括加兰在内的许多领导者被处死，贝尔韦奥被撤职。
