Using the sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for grass carp ( Ctenopharyngodon idellas ) growth hormone and different administrations of rcGH,we investigated the possibility of rcGH absorption by gastrointestinal tract of walking catfish ( Clarias batrachus ),northern sheatfish ( Silurus soldatovi ) and crucian carp ( Carassius auratus gibelio ).

胡子鱼
胡子鱼，学名鲇鱼，又称作鲶鱼、胡子鲢、粘鱼、塘虱鱼、生仔鱼。此鱼的显著特征是周身无鳞，身体表面多黏液，头扁口阔，上下颌有四根胡须。鲶鱼的最佳食用季节在仲春和仲夏之间。鲶鱼不仅像其他鱼一样含有丰富的营养，而且肉质细嫩、美味浓郁、刺少、开胃、易消化，特别适合老人和儿童。
功效：
鲶鱼含有的蛋白质和脂肪较多，对体弱虚损、营养不良之人有较好的食疗作用。
鲶鱼是催乳的佳品，并有滋阴养血、补中气、开胃、利尿的作用，是妇女产后食疗滋补的必选食物。
适合人群：
适合一般人食用。
尤其以老、幼、妇女产后及消化功能不佳的人最为适用。

每次150~200克。
特别提示：
鲶鱼药食俱佳，以炖煮最佳。
鲶鱼体表黏液丰富，宰钉后放入沸水中烫一下， 再用清水洗净，即可去掉黏液。
健康红绿灯：
鲶鱼与牛羊油和牛肝、鹿肉同食，或与中药荆芥同食，有可能对健康不利。
鲶鱼也是废物，有瘤疾、疮疡者要慎食，最好不吃
