白蘑
满洲里市辖境的草原土壤松散，富含有机质，没有受到污染，夏秋季节气候温凉湿润，光照时间长，为白蘑的生长提供了良好的生态环境。白蘑是伞菌中最珍贵的品种，含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素及钾、钙、铁、磷等矿物质，其形状如伞，洁如玉盘、嫩如鲜笋。每年雨量充足的8~9月为盛产期。白蘑食法很多，可以溜炒、做馅，涮火锅。也可以晾干，以备冬季食用。
【别名】口蘑
【来源】真菌类担子菌纲伞菌目伞菌科白蘑tricholoma mongolicum imai，以子实体入药。
【生境分布】夏秋两季雨后，尤其在立秋前后大量地产生在草原上，形成“蘑菇圈”。分布于河北、内蒙古。
【性味归经】甘，平。
【功能主治】宣肠益气，散血热，透发麻疹。主治小儿麻疹欲出不出，烦躁不安。
【用法用量】 1两，水浸软后切碎，水煎服，1次服完，日服2次。
