材料:鸡中翼400克,土豆100克,冰梅酱适量。
制法:
1、把鸡中翼中节两头各斩去少许,退去骨头不要,然后用绍酒。调味料腌过,拌上湿生粉,土豆去皮切成细丝洗净备用。
2、油烧至五成热,把鸡中翼拉油,捞起。然后加大火,将土豆丝炸过。
3、另起锅,用二汤加入冰梅酱、胡椒粉调好味,投入鸡中翼翻炒,至汗近干,装入碟,以炸土豆丝拌边。
