原料:

腊猪耳1只(约200克) 干辣椒皮[注]120克 蒜苗60克 精盐、味精、花椒油、精炼油各适量

制法:

1.腊猪耳用火略烧后,放入温热水中刮洗干净,再入锅煮熟,捞出切成薄片;干辣椒皮用温水稍泡,沥干水分;蒜苗洗净,切成马耳朵形。

2.净锅上火,入适量精炼油烧热,倒入腊猪耳片略炒,加入干辣椒皮,调入精盐、味精稍炒,放入蒜苗节炒香,淋少许花椒油,炒匀起锅,装盘即成。

[注]:干辣椒皮是用青椒剪去蒂,顺长切成块,晒干即成。
