适于肾精亏虚、健忘、眩晕、足痿无力和腰酸疲乏者用。用鸽子两只、冬虫夏草15克、淮山药15克、桂圆肉10克、银耳15克、莲子15克及生姜、冰糖适量。将鸽子宰杀后，放入七十度的热水中稍浸烫，拔毛除内脏，洗净并放入沸水中片刻，沥干水备用。莲子倒水内略煮，用筷子快速搅动，去除外皮。银耳用温水浸透、洗净，将莲子、鸽肉放炖碗内，上铺生姜，再放入冬虫夏草、淮山药、桂圆肉，最后放上银耳、冰糖加入沸水至八成满，盖好，置沸水中隔水炖3小时。吃鸽子、冬虫夏草、淮山药、桂圆肉、莲子、喝汤 。
