原料:

大白皮 12张

内馅材料:鸡肉丁 150公克、叉烧肉丁 50公克、肥肉丁 40公克、虾仁丁 50公克、香菇丁 30公克、洋葱丁 40公克

调料:太白粉 40公克、盐 1/2小匙、糖 2小匙、鲜鸡粉 1/2小匙、咖哩粉 40公克、椰浆 40㏄

制作

(1)把所有调味料及内馅材料,用手搅拌均匀即为馅料。

(2)将馅料等分成12份,每份约40公克。将1份馅料包入1张大白皮中,对折成为三角形,放入180℃的油锅中炸至浮起,将咖哩角翻面,炸至外表呈金黄色即可。

备注:咖哩角的包法:大白皮先切成长方形,将馅料放在角落,将对角折起包住馅料后,再把剩的长条边折起,利用面粉煳固定四周即可。
