湿胜阳微 湿胜阳微 病证名。指湿邪过盛伤害阳气。湿为阴邪，重浊粘滞，能阻滞阳气活动，尤易损伤脾阳，症见面白、胸闷、腹胀、痞满、泄泻，甚则形成水肿等。因而治湿须要维护阳气，不得过用寒凉。《温热论》：“湿邪害人最广，如面色白者，须要顾其阳气，湿胜则阳微也。”
