原料: 原 料：
打碗花400克，水发黑木耳100克，葱花20克，精盐3克，味精2克，辣椒油5克，植物油25克。
制法: （1）打碗花，黑木耳摘洗干净，放入沸水锅中焯一下，取出沥水。
（2）炒锅上旺火，放油烧至七成热，下葱花煸香，下打碗花，黑木耳炒熟，加入精盐，味精调味，淋上辣椒油，装盘即成。
特点: 双色相同，质地如脆，咸鲜微辛，调经止带，健脾利尿。
