The results are as follows:① Most good cultivars have good subunits such as 1,14+15/17+18,or 5+10 respectively coded by Glu A1,Glu B1 and Glu D1,and a few cultivars have the good subunits 1?14+15/17+18 and 5+10;② There are good subunits 1,2 *,and 5+10 in most octoploid Tritietrigia ;③ Most of the offsprings of Elytrigia intermedia×Triticum aestivum made by our own lab have the good subuni.
利用十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (SDS- PAGE)分析了 85个小麦材料的高分子量谷蛋白亚基的构成 ,其结果表明 :1目前生产中应用的优质小麦品种 ,大部分具有 1 A上的优质亚基 1 ,1 B上的 1 4 +1 5/ 1 7+1 8或 1 D上的 5+1 0 ,个别品种还同时聚合有 1 A,1 B,1 D上的优质亚基 ;2在所分析的 2 8个八倍体小偃麦中 ,多数材料含有 1、2 *和 5+1 0等优质亚基 ;3在本实验室创制的材料中 ,来源于中间偃麦草和普通小麦杂交的后代材料中大部分具有 1 4 +1 5亚基。

The high-molecular-weight glutenin subunits composition of 100 wheat varieties (lines) were analysed by using SDS-PAGE in this study, and then the good subunits were polymerized.
