Chunlv is a new bitter gourd F1 hybrid developed by crossing the inbred line ZG021064 with the inbred line G065.
湖南省蔬菜研究所以自交系ZG021064为母本,以泰国大肉苦瓜经4代单株自交,一代系内自交定向选择而成的自交系G065为父本选育成的早中熟一代杂种春绿苦瓜,从播种至始收80天左右,果实表皮翠绿色,棒形,粗条瘤,瓜形美观,单瓜质量560g左右,平均每667m2产量3600kg左右,抗白粉病和疫病能力比对照郴州青苦瓜强。

原料：
苦瓜，绿豆。
做法：
1、准备好凉瓜1根、绿豆一小碗、冰糖（根据自己的口味适量）。
2、烧锅水，烧开后，把洗干净的绿豆放入锅中。
3、把凉瓜切好放入锅中。
4、大火，锅开后转小火熬2小时。
5、快关火的时候放入准备好的冰糖或者白糖。
