[制法]
将菠萝片去皮，将菠萝肉切成大块，加入盐、蜂蜜搅拌均匀，腌渍出菠萝汁即成。可饮用菠萝汁，吃菠萝肉。
[特点]
汁甜，略有咸味，菠萝肉仍有鲜香味。
[功效]
