【菜名】 黄鱼鱼肚汤

【特点】 填精、大补元气、调理气血、熄风、止血、抗癌。
【原料】
黄鱼肉250克,干黄鱼肚150克,熟火腿末25克,熟猪肥膘30克,葱末、花生油,肉汤、料酒、精盐、味精、胡椒粉各适量。
【制作过程】
(1)将黄鱼肉洗净,斜刀切片;猪肥膘切片备用。 (2)锅中下花生油烧热,放人干黄鱼肚,约2分钟捞起(能折断即可),入冷水中浸至回软,再入沸水锅略煮片刻,捞出,洗净,切块备用。 (3)锅内下猪油,放入鱼片略爆片刻,加葱、料酒、肉汤和盐少许,再把鱼肚、肥膘倒入,煮沸,加入味精,淋上香油,盛人汤盆,撒上火腿末、葱末和胡椒粉即成。【服法】食肉,饮汤。
