为研究蓖麻蚕雌蛾提取物对改善围绝经期综合症的药用价值，寻找一种合理的治疗绝经期综合症的中药，同时也为进一步开发蓖麻蚕的药用价值提供理论依据，本项目利用溶剂萃取制备了蓖麻蚕提取物，进而我们以幼年雌性小鼠和成年去势雌性小鼠为模型，模拟女性绝经状态，以小鼠子宫指数、胸腺指数、角化细胞率及过氧化物酶活性等双向生物活性指标(类雌激素活性、免疫活性)，跟踪分离获取最佳有效组分提取物，探讨制备的蓖麻蚕有效组分对小鼠类雌激素活性的影响。
