本文以蒙古口蘑(Tricholoma mongolicum Imai)和紫蘑菇(Agaricus rubellus)子实体为原料,对其两种多糖的提取、分离纯化、纯度鉴定、部分理化性质及结构、生物活性等方面进行了较为系统的研究,实验结果表明:蒙古口蘑(Tricholoma mongolicum Imai)最佳脱脂条件为:料液比为1:5,乙醇浓度为70%,在50℃的水浴中脱脂3h;蒙古口蘑多糖(MOP)最佳浸提条件为:浸提比为1:22。
