材料:米1杯,甜玉米1小勺,青豆1小勺,蘑菇2只,葱少许
1)将米用水泡半小时,让米粒膨胀开;
2)蘑菇切薄片;
3)在沙锅倒入水烧滚后放入米,转文火熬煮;
4)用文火熬煮10分钟后,在粥里加入少许色拉油,继续熬煮;
5)当用文火熬煮20分钟时,打开沙锅不停搅动,持续10分钟,到粥呈粘稠壮为止;
6)将甜玉米青豆蘑菇片加入粥内,待再滚起,洒入适量盐和葱粒就ok拉!!!
