【做法】

a、香菇剪成条状,拌入乾太白粉。

b、炸油烧至3分热,香菇放入,以

中火慢慢炸酥成“脆鳝”待用。

c、锅内放入少许油和半杯水、糖,

一起煮溶。

d、倒入炸好的“脆鳝”拌匀,即可

起锅。

e、盘底铺放生菜,倒入脆鳝,再撤

上芝麻即可。嫩姜切丝放盘边,

一起伴食更可口。
