湿度:保存种蛋的环境相对湿度以70-80%为好。湿度过高,种蛋易生霉;湿度过低,会使种蛋内的水分蒸发加快,影响孵化效果。
翻蛋与通气:种蛋内的蛋黄比重较轻,总是浮在蛋白的偏上部。为防止胚盘与蛋壳粘连,要定期翻蛋,每天最少翻1次,使蛋位转移角度达90度以上。
此外,保存种蛋的库房或普通房舍,要保持通风良好,保证室内空气新鲜、清洁
