材料：特制蔬菜饭；蛋皮；鸡排；青豆仁
做法：
1. 先将准备好鸡排先以油略炸一下，捞起沥干油脂。
2. 将法1的鸡排刷上独家特调酱汁，再放入烤箱烤至入味，取出切块。
3. 将以特制蔬菜饭以容器装好，再倒扣于盘上使其成一椭圆形状，其上放入蛋皮，再放上作法2的鸡排，最后再点缀上青豆仁即可。
