韩式烤牛排(韩国菜)
介绍:是把牛排用加梨汁的肉佐料调味后﹐放在炭火上烤的韩国传统菜 。代梨汁可以放猴桃汁。
酱油起着调味﹐增加食欲的作用﹐是韩国饮食不可缺少的佐料。甜味是因有氨基酸﹐特有香气是因有芳香成份﹐并有防腐剂效果。也因有香气﹐可除食物的膻味。
材料:牛排1kg﹐白葱1棵﹐青椒20个
佐料酱:酱油6大勺﹐白糖3大勺﹐切好的葱4大勺﹐捣好的蒜2大勺﹐芝麻4大勺﹐香油2大勺﹐胡椒粉小勺
做法:
(1)把牛排切成5-6cm 大小﹐抽出脂肪去皮﹐将粘在排骨上的肉放拉平。
(2)把收拾好的每块排骨一个个腌在佐料酱中﹐等佐料调匀后﹐在炭火上放上烤架﹐等烤架热了以后﹐放排骨烤出来。
