| 《氾胜之书》 中国汉代农书。作者氾胜之。原名《氾胜之》，《汉书·艺文志》著录为18篇；《隋书·经籍志》始称为《氾胜之书》 ，以后就通用此名 。原书约在北宋初期亡佚，现存的《氾胜之书》是从《齐民要术》等一些古书中摘录的原文辑集而成，约3500字。内容有耕田法、溲种法、穗选法、区田法，以及禾、黍、麦、稻、稗、大豆、小豆、枲（纤维用大麻）、麻（子实用大麻）、瓜、瓠（葫芦）、芋、桑等13种作物的栽培技术。该书记载的作物栽培技术，反映了西汉时期所达到的较高水平，同时也开创了中国农书中作物各论的先例。 |
