Through our in-depth investigation of forest property right reforming in Jiangxi Province,this paper summarizes the configuration process in two ways,seven property configuration models and analysis the influencing factors of forest property right allocation process.

It also put forward the countermeasures of deepening the system reform of forestry property right aiming at putting the forestry property right into the track of legal system, developing the new “Three Confirm”,regulating the government administrative behavior, consolidating the property protection, deepening the reform of state owned forest and set up a steady relationshi.
