鸡胸肉1副、蒟蒻适量、小黄瓜1/2条、红萝卜1/4根调味酱料:醋3汤匙、糖3汤匙、粗黑胡椒粉1小匙
美食做法
1、酱汁预先调配好，备用 (糖及醋比例可依喜好调配)2.鸡胸肉煮熟后剥丝
3、蒟蒻切丝放入滚水中川烫后，捞起
4、小黄瓜对半斜切成半月形，再加少许盐抓一抓，约等3分钟后挤去水份，备用5.红萝卜搓细丝
6、最后所有材料加入酱汁拌匀，即可 (冷藏后风味更佳)
