结果表明：余干黑羽乌鸡群体的均一性好，整齐度高，达到了较高的选育水平；余干黑羽乌鸡的血型基因分布频率除与崇仁麻鸡没有显著差异，遗传距离最近外，与泰和鸡和与白耳鸡之间遗传距离均较远，遗传差异较大，说明余干黑羽乌鸡是一个具有突出特点的独立地方鸡

菜 名： 干草菇焗鸡
主 料： 光鸡1只，干草菇、花菇各1两（约40克），鲜草菇、芥菜胆各4两（约160克）。
做 法： 1、将鸡洗净，干草菇浸洗干净，花菇及鲜菇浸水，切脚、洗净。2、芥菜胆焯熟，浸冰水中片刻，再炒熟备用。3、先将干草菇、花菇、鲜草菇炒香，加两碗水煮滚，放入鸡焗20分钟。4、鸡切件摆碟，围以芥菜胆，菇汁加蚝油调味勾芡，淋上鸡面即成。
备 注： 芥菜胆浸冰水中可保颜色翠绿。
