原料：
包种茶叶3克，鸡腿1条。高汤600克，琼脂30克。调料：盐1茶匙，糖1/2茶匙。
制法:
1、将鸡腿切块，以小火用高汤加盐、糖煮至熟。
2、琼脂加300克清水蒸15分钟。
3、取高汤，把鸡肉捞起，高汤加入茶叶泡8分钟，然后再把茶叶捞起，接着茶汤内加入琼脂，煮成琼脂茶叶。
4、鸡肉放进小碗，加入琼脂茶汁，再取茶叶放中间，放入冰箱冷藏2－3小时，成形即可。
